Fees
We are a private billing practice. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Please see below table for fee schedule.

**There are additional fees for procedures and dressings. You are welcome to contact reception for further information. **
^ A Medicare rebate of $42.85 will apply if you have visited our practice within the last 12 months.
Payment types
The practice accepts major credit cards, EFTPOS and cash. For your convenience, our reception team can process your Medicare or Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC) rebate immediately upon payment. If you have already submitted your bank details to Medicare, your rebate will be paid into your nominated bank account within two working days.
Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Notify us as soon as possible via our online booking system or by phoning reception, if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or failure to attend without prior notice will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
Worker’s Compensation or Work Injury Consultation Fees
Patients are responsible for all accounts until they provide a written approval & acceptance of claim & payments from the insurance company. Contact details need to be provided for direct billing and payment from the insurance company.
Telehealth Appointments
Our doctors conduct telehealth appointments. Payment for these appointments is to be paid online via our online booking system. Our reception staff will then process your Medicare or OSHC rebate which will be paid to the bank account on file with Medicare.
